The Blast Pro Series of CS:GO competitions is expanding even more, as a new press release has revealed that the VTB Arena in Moscow will host the fifth tournament this year between September 13 and 14, with up to 7,000 spectators able to fill the arena.

Local team Natus Vincere has been confirmed as attending, joined by Ence and Ninjas in Pyjamas. They'll be competing with three other teams for a prize pool of $250,000 USD, and here's what director of product and experience Nicolas Estrup had to say on the matter:

"The facilities at the new VTB Arena are amazing and setting up the Blast Pro Series Arena show in Moscow will be something truly special for us. The 12.000 spectator venue is a part of the newly built 1.5 billion dollar VTB Stadium complex, which gives us a lot of possibilities to create an amazing show for the Russian fans."

"Also, being the first major CS:GO tournament here is both a big challenge and a massive honor to us. We're going to bring everything we got and present some of the best teams and players in the world in the context of the full BLAST Pro Series experience. The teams play to win the icoinc Blast trophy and their share of the prize pool, but they are also there for the fans. All teams will play live on stage, and the crowd is sure to see their favourite players go at it."
